I have leftover grilled pork chops and can't figure out what to do with them. Any ideas? |

Brown some apples and carmelize some onions while warming up the leftovers. Slice the chops into strips. Combine everything and serve on warm flour tortillas... |

Cook up some rice (any kind you like) saute some (lots!) of onion, add sweetcorn, black beans, kidney, red etc, throw in diced pork, and season to taste. Quick and easy and really good... If you can't hack doing this all, an easy route is Zatarains(sp?) dirty rice mix and add some sweetcorn and more beans to it, then throw in the pork. Works well with chicken and steak too...

If you're particularly trying to appeal to kids, nuke them till warm. Arrange in a broiler pan, cover with spaghetti sauce, some shredded mozzarella and parmesan, broil till cheese melted for sort of Italiano thing. I've found that kids will eat almost anything treated in this way. |

Cut off the bone, dice them up and put them in a crock pot with BBQ sauce. After 3 or 4 hours mash with a potato masher and you have pork BBQ. Great with cole slaw on burger buns. |

Scott - that sounds great. I can't cook porkchops without imitating Peter Brady's infamous "Pork Chops and Applesauce". It's been at least 30 years - what is wrong with me? |
