I'm interested in lessons in Mandarin for a six year old. Has anone been to Bilingual Buds or other schools? Did you like it?

We attended a CSL class (Chinese as a Second Language) for a year in Westfield. It's really hard for kids to learn in isolation so this was a parent/child class, beginning level. What was interesting to me was that I picked up the written language faster than my daughter who picked up the spoken language more easily. If homework is given it definitely should be done. Homework was mostly listening to recordings from the teacher and copying them or doing some simple written work. The teacher was pretty serious but supportive and tried to inject some play into the work.
