Can any fellow S.Orange resident tell me if i need a permit to have tree cut down on my property. thanks in advance |

No permit needed yet in SO but there has been some talk on the BOT about requiring a permit for trees over a certain diameter. |

no, but please for the sake of your wallet and homeowner's insurance policy do not let them in your tree until you see their insurance. If they fall, they'll be suing you. End of story. |
