The Rutgers guys are almost done with my house and now its dawning on me that they should get some kind of tip for working on my house the past 7 days.
They have done a good job. Any advice on the amount I should hand out after they are done?

Hmmm,
I think there was something on this a while back. I suppose bottom line is what are you happy with? Some posters said that they didn't tip as they paid enough, others tipped...
I was one of the tippers. I gave them toast a tea each morning when they arrived, drinks through the day (August last year, and these guys just didn't stop...), fruit with their lunch and a cold beer at the end of the day. Whether all this prompted them to do as great a job as they did, I don't know and don't care - this is just what I do, but at the end of it I gave the 4 guys $50 each, and was happy to do it as the job couldn't have been done better.
