I had a hard time deciding where to put this and I'm eager/impatient/whatever so I'm (warning!) double posting: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So, the kid thinks she'll meet her academic goals via tomorrow's report card and thus earn a Game Boy Advance. If so, this will be the first gamer handheld in the household. She'll be 10 this summer and we're fairly conservative about what she's allowed to watch/play. Violent/degrading games need not apply. Need recs for games and other helpful info re GBAs. Thanks. Cathy |

A few years back the Olsen twins (Mary Kate and Ashley???) were licensing themselves for video games. The games had dance and fashion-type themes, and similar girly-stuff. Very tame, as I recall. Not sure if they were available on GBA, or if they're still around, but may be worth a quick web search. |

Sorry, I should have clarified - this is not a girly-girl by any means. She steers well clear of any fashion-related stuff and the more traditional girl pursuits. So, are there some good adventure games that are fairly gender balanced? What's your favorite GBA puzzle game? And is there any real "edutainment" available? Thanks |

Is Animal Crossing available on GBA, either the original one, or Animal Crossing : Wild World. ? |
