One day I got up and the computers just wouldn't go online. The lights are still on on the wireless and the modem. Reset the wireless? Tired. No help. Power down? Tried. No help.

Sent email to wireless people and they answered that it might be a firewall or popup blocker that is blocking the wireless thing. If that is so, then why has it affected my laptop too? and why all of a sudden? I hadn't changed any settings...

Other wierd thing: I can hard wire my laptop to the cable modem to go online, but for some reason the ethernet connection to my PC won't work at all.

Hellllppppp!

shut everything down. unplug it all from the outlets. have a glass of whatever. plug it all back in again. works every time for me.
