For example, the polls are open 2:00pm�9:00pm and Monster� Although if you are viewing my post with Explorer you likely won't see anything wrong with the text... and I don't know how to better articulate the question. Just a guess. In Firefox, click on View -> Character Encoding. What is selected? Mine is Western (ISO-8859-1) I don't see these characters in my firefox browser.
