Dave--I just searched MOL for "plumber" and got no hits. As a test, I searched for "contractor" which also produced no hits. Is it me or is the search function disabled for some reason? |

I just tried and got 298 results for "contractor" and 120 for "plumber". You will get faster, more recent results if you limit the search to the "Home Fixit" topic. (Did you check the keyword search box?) |

Thanks, Dave. Indeed, I had neglected to check the keyword search box. As I recall, I was doing this while drinking my first cup of coffee . . . I promise not to MOL until fully awake from now on. |

I've been trying to do a search and each time I get the server technical difficulties thingie. Is it my old dinasaur of a computer or am I hitting it at busy times? Please advise, if you can. |

Dearest Wendy, Sbenois Tech Services, parent company and publisher of all of Lseltzer's books and short stories, has just informed me that the search function is working fine. In their email to me, they indicated that their test was a search for the newly created word "dinasaur". Only one post was located.
