Just bought my first wireless keyboard and there seems to be a slight delay between typing and seeing the letters on the screen. Known problem? |

Which brand? I use a high end Logitech and it's great. No delay at all. P.S. I just saw your email on the knobs. Do you still need them? |

the amount of info sent from a keyboard is SO minimal that there shouldn't be any noticeable delay. Very little bandwidth needed, so it's a non-issue. A mouse on the otherhand needs a bit more bandwidth, and I have seen noticeable delays on some models. |

I agree with sbenois, I've been using a cordless logitech keyboard and trackball for years and never had a problem except when the batteries are low. |

Check the batteries as CJH stated, I am forced to change then every 6 months for the very reason you are stating. I just bought rechargables to feed my habit. |
