Lately, I've been having a problem with my laptop where I have to manually refresh the pages of websites I visit often, like Yahoo!News or my blog. When I type in the URL, what shows on the screen is the info from the last time I was on the site (which is interesting when it's a news site and I'm not immediately realizing the news is a week old). Any idea why this is happening all the sudden? Do I need to download a spyware program....because I thought I had?

try cleaning out your cookies, and emptying your cache, then restart the browser.
