My Dad is in the hospital (he's 82), and I'd love to set up webcams at their house/my house to act as video phones while hes recuperating.

Appreciate advice on simple (VERY simple) options -- Dad is a retired electronics engineer, but still uses a DOS based PC (!) (Yes, I'd get him a new PC, too)
