In my research business we have a need to conduct teleconferences for research purposes -- something like this --

line 1 (Main Conference)
Moderator
Research participant(s)

Line 2 (Subconference)
Moderator
Cleints (not participants, they are listening to the main conference)

Line 1 conference needs to be digitally recorded, ideally format that can be accessed through the web.

We have this capability in house, but our back up provider is poor -- inflexible at best.

Looking for other options -- be great to have a web interface to schedule conferences, assign phone numbers, and for "Line 1" ability to either call out to participant(s) or have then dial in via an 800#. (but I could live without that, too!)

Also appreciate any leads to decent forums that specialize in this topic, if any!

THANKS

Pete

Can't you do this with GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar, or WebEx

Thanks Monster -- I'm looking exclusively for the telephone part (I actually have the webcast part set if I need it).

This would be a straightforward teleconference -- except for the secondary conference which has to be linked to the primary one (for listening only).

I thought they both offered the teleconference bridge service, also the scheduling, phone number, etc.
Perhaps you should contact your telephone service to see if they offer the bridge service with the scheduling.
Do you already have your own bridge, like these, and just need the scheduling?

Try this. I used it a few years ago.
