Dave: When I use "New Messages" I am only seeing a couple of messages even though I only check once per day. I search using my Username/Password and I think all my preferences are correct. Also, I search "All topics". Obviously I must be doing something wrong. Can you check? Thanks |

You are probably seeing only the messages since you last checked. Try again late today and see if it's only showing you the new messages, or if there are some that are absent in your search. In other words, it's not a bug. It's a feature. |

I went into Preferences and re-saved them and now it appears to be working properly. Thanks |

Dave, this isn't working right. When I try "new messages since my last sign on" I get one topic head and that's it. Then I go on the board and there are dozens of new messages |

Do you see a footer at the bottom of the results? Could your browser be cutting off something? Restart browser and try again. |

I've had similar problems, Dave. The page wasn't cut off, it was complete...but the results were not all they should have been. For example, last night I did a "New Messages" search after not being on for at least a few days, and I got NO Soapbox entries in the results. I could see by going directly to Soapbox that there were lots of posts that should have appeared but didn't. |

I have had a similar problem, and worse than that, is when you do get your search results, and click on a thread to read, you lose the listing of new posts when you click "back". It says "there are no new posts". Am I making this problem clear?
