Help! I tried to scan my cat's pix to the message board and after completing the process via Epson Smart Panel (dumb!) I was asked for id and password. I entered my comcast address and password, but got told it wasn't correct. What am I doing wrong? I have successfully scanned photos to my email, but this has me stumped. You've got to see this cat! Help! |

Would it not be the MOL ID and password (rather than Comcast)? |

You might be better off scanning it and saving it on your system, then uploading it to MOL. Once it's on your PC (or Mac), you can use the "Upload Attachment" button when you create your post to upload the pic. |

I'm depressed - actually got as far as seeing my photo's name in the message, but then was told it was too big, something about 150 whatever. How do I size the photo properly? I'm using auto mode in the Epson smart panel. I'm scanning to my Appleworks 6. |

Can you save the picture as .jpg ? Those files tend to be smaller |
