I want to know what $$ a home sold for on my street recently. Where do you guys get your "just sold" info?? |

I think that, unless you have some connection with a real estate person who was involved, you have to wait for a transaction to be recorded at the county clerk's office. Alos, check the Essex County section of each Sunday's Star Ledger, where sales are listed. |

Any of the listings that realtors post on Maplewood Online are on the listings page. When realtors mark them as sold - they appear at the bottom of the page:
