Does anyone know how to fix the options on your blackberry so that sent emails won't have the tell-tale tag line "Sent by USER with his blackberry device"? |

You can definitely remove it, though I forget how. |

Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, Double click on Redirector Settings, On the general tab in the Auto Signature section put in whatever text you want to appear as your Signature |

Yes that's exactly it, you must do it from the desktop manager, not on the device itself. To be perfectly clean, copy your signature from the email account you're linked to, and paste it into the desktop manager. Send yourself a couple of emails to ensure it looks exactly the same. Then nobody will ever know you're not sitting at your desk typing away.

You can also setup Auto Text Signatures so you can have several different signatures by using the SIG option under Options Auto text, you can setup multiple signatures by creating sig1, sig2 etc. If you do this be sure to remove any auto text from Redirector Settings otherwise you will end up with two Signatures at the bottom of each email. |
