I know there are people on MOL who know how to edit pictures. Resize, crop, take out red eye, a blemish, maybe eevn add a Santa hat!

My sister is drivng me nuts trying to do this for her and I don't have a clue. Any kind Soul out there willing to help? She'd like it done for Tuesday afternoon.
