On the mac just download iPodderx. It couldn't be easier. The program let's you find lot's of things to listen to. I'm a big fan of Democracy Now (if you're a left winger like me Amy Goodman can't be beat), Off the Hook (the extremely inteligent hacker crew of 2600 fame), and Leo Laporte (from the old version of Tech TV), all have programs you can listen to easily using ipodderx.
