More suggestions to fix MOL

So when we know we want to start a thread we don't have to search for it, and scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen. Also, why not have the Previous and Next links at the bottom of the column (in addition to the top) so when you are reading old a thread with many posts and you make it to the bottom of the first screen, you don't have to uneccessarily scroll up to find the Next button. This has never made much sense to me, and seems EXTREMELY logical that it needs to be fixed.
