I think this is a very popular phone, esp. with Verizon subscribers.
The problem I'm having is this: when I put it in the charger, the red light flashes, instead of being steady red until fuly charged. I don't think it's charging.
Then, sometimes, the light goes green, which means it's fully charged...but it's not.
Any thoughts among the technoscenti? |

The battery may have reached the point of being unable to hold a charge. How old is it? |

9.5 months. I'll be bummed if I have to buy a new phone. Maybe I can jes' replace the battery, huh? |

Yes, you can replace jes' the battery, but I'd be surprised if that's the problem after 9.5 months. I say bring it in and have the battery, phone and charger tested. |
