I think this is a very popular phone, esp. with Verizon subscribers.

The problem I'm having is this: when I put it in the charger, the red light flashes, instead of being steady red until fuly charged. I don't think it's charging.

Then, sometimes, the light goes green, which means it's fully charged...but it's not.

Any thoughts among the technoscenti?

The battery may have reached the point of being unable to hold a charge. How old is it?

Yes, you can replace jes' the battery, but I'd be surprised if that's the problem after 9.5 months. I say bring it in and have the battery, phone and charger tested.
