I went to the Essex County Website both through a google search and through a link through the Maplewood Township website and this is what appears. I know I've accessed their website before (for golf info) and was curious whether the recycle info was posted to help answer another poster's question. Forbidden You don't have permission to access /essexcounty/index.php on this server. So is it me or them? Can someone tell me? You are not supposed to know that. That classifies the error message as cryptic. Therefore, it's their problem, not yours.
