I sent a privateline message with the "cc yourself" option checked, and haven't received my copy. Is privateline not working?

I've tried it and been told "password not verified" (and no cc: sent). I've e-mailed dave recently, and I am sure he is working on whatever ailed my account (if not your account, too).
