It's been around for a few weeks now. At the beginning you couldn't add anything beyond their selection. I'm happy that finally you can add you own RSS feeds. The g-mail thing however seems to have some bugs for me.
As far as portals go (which they always claimed they weren't one), I think that yahoo's is better.
