My son loaded his AIM screen name onto my blackberry and we can't figure out how to get it of. Meanwhile my SIM card is jammed with his IMs (and I don't know how to erase them, either). Help!!

Is the AIM client by Ramble? If so, why not just delete the program?

You should be able to remove any installed application through the Application Loader in The DeskTop Manager for the BlackBerry, however if he is just using the AIM functionality through the Browser then all you need to do is to stop saving the messages to the SIM card. To do this Open option on the main BB screen and go to the SMS Option.
Set the "Leave messages on SIM Card" to no
