We have been having intermittant problems with our internet service and digital cable. This started on December 23 in the evening. Our internet goes out for several hours, with only one or two lights up on the modem. Then it mysteriously comes back. The tech person I spoke to said there didn't seem to be an outage in our area, but Union had some problems. The t.v. with the digital cable just lost everything this afternoon, but before that had a blue box stating "this channel is currently unavailable" on certain channels like Comedy Central and our local access. We called, but Comcast can't get someone here until Jan. 3. Anyone else having problems? |

Yes! I've been out since Thursday 12/22. My cable was fine but no internet. Comcast couldn't see my modem so they couldn't do anything. I just got back from Comcast in West Orange with a new modem and hooked it up. Still no internet so I called tech support and they now could see the modem, did some adjustments, and it now works!!
