Is there an easy way to listen to a webcast on my home stereo? I usually sit in the office next to the PC, but I would prefer to sit in the living room. The PC is just on the other side of the wall as our stereo. The stereo is wired to speakers all over the house. I was hoping for an streamlined solution. |

Hard wired, or wireless? Hard wired is easy, just run an audio cable from your computer audio out to the aux input on your stereo. Wireless is more complex. Is the webcast available on iTunes, by any chance? That would make wireless pretty easy. |

Windows Media Connect on the PC (free download from the evil empire). And any UPnP compatible player (for info see the Windows Media Connect home page). |

Thanks folks..... Don't ask why(?!) - but the hardwire option never occurred to me! I will check compatibility on my player for the other stuff. I listen to a French radio show every Saturday morning and it will be great to hear it from an armchair for once.... |
