Do you ever look for information, only to find out you should have looked in the first place?

My ex husband and his present co-dependent are expecting. My stomach hurts! I should have found out before eating the baked ziti!

I hate me for caring - and I hate him for having a life after me... Either way, I had to put it out there - so I could stop thinking about it.

Sorry you're feeling so bad. Work on having a life after him, and some day you'll come to not care anymore. Focus on true friends and family.

This too shall pass. Hang in there.

Stomach pain, one of the most vivid memories of divorce.

It WILL pass, though!! In the meantime, find something really sturdy to kick. (not the panels of the garage door)

Give yourself a treat this weekend, and consider what a catastrophe a kid with the wrong guy could be.

Really letting loose and punching some pillows while screaming at the top of your lungs is also very theraputic!

Living well is the best revenge. Aren't you better off without your ex?
