This morning there was the most amazing story (to me) on the news. A fire fighter who was mute for about 10 years, due to brain damage - just started talking. Out of the blue. All of a sudden he just asked for his wife. There should be a news program that is devoted to "good news". It seems that when you turn on the news all you hear is the worst things that can happen to a human OR the worst things that a human can do to another human. And some stuff about J Lo. The firefighter story makes me feel good. Our bodies and minds can do amazing things. There are times I think that I think of a song and it appears on my Ipod. I have like 2500 songs on there. It happens a lot.

Dave! Yaasss. I have been absent from there lately - which is not good for me. I think of bunnies as that place where deep sea divers go to decompress before going back on land. Whatever that means. My job lately has been NUTS. Not sure why - it is job security. How about next weekend. The mol bloggist friday the 13th bash. Or something. Dave I also have a great mol idea for you. How about one of those fashonable euro stickers - the while oval with the black border that says MOL. Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? FAVORITE POTATO: red bliss

I like the concept of "MOL" ovals, but it is against my religion to put stickers on my car (that and checking luggage - I can pack for a week in one suitcase). Perhaps window clingers? Sweet potato (or yam.... I know there is a difference which I can never remember & don't know if I care....). Howzabout a Blogger convention but no one can reveal who they are. Based on mixing and mingling, we can all keep score cards and "vote" at the end of the evening as to who seems like whom. Although, we would rely an awful lot on honor not to cheat if we knew someone IRL.... What's sad is that I spend too much time and energy and work these days and still don't feel particularly secure. Was there ever a time when people felt comfortable and safe in their jobs? Maybe Ward Cleaver? |

The only people I know in that picture are McLean Stevenson and Charles Nelson Rieley. What is the only state in the union to have the letter Y in it. This weekend I was in the only state in the union to border eight states. It's true. Nice folk out there. Things are mellow. Though it takes a half hour just to get to a walmart. and I don't shop there. Target yes. Walmart no. I have also decided I will not fly for a long time. I just can't stand being at the will of the air lines. The delays...the BS....eeeep. I will only go where my two feet, four wheels or a train takes me. I mentioned I went to Las Vegas w/ some friends. I took a bunch of pictures with a disposable camera out there. Took many of my friends. Thing is, the only picture with a person that came out is of a stranger.
Look at her. Having quite the time. That beer "glass" can only be found out west. FAVORITE DATA: metadata

Oh. It was - "what state has a word that starts with Y in it" Now. A girl in second grade presented this question to a table of adults and no one could think of it. We were also in New York at the time. But can you guess what state touches the border of eight other states? In the long run - this information and a $1.50 will get you on the PATH train.

Looks like the woman in the picture is holding a half yard glass - also available in New York (with a Y) and New England (without a Y, but its not a state so who cares Y not).

I was told by my brother-in-law's mom that Missouri is the only state in the union that borders eight states. She also said something about Castro's beard being a source of his power. Not sure if any of that is true. Dino - all the yard glasses out here are glass. Look at that one...it's pink with sparkles. I also met someone out there that wears tin foil under his hat to hide from the "rays". Dave - I couldn't open the link. It asked me for a username and password. And I don't do that without tinfoil in my hat. I say we all leave work now and head over to bunnies.

Oops http://www.cafepress.com/mapleonline I wish I could hit Bunnys now. Nice outdoor seating, too. I may stop in around results time, but right now I'm mid-project. |
