The other day I went into my garage attic. The only thing there was an October 1956 edition of the Newark Evening News. I looked through it for fun, but figured someone might want it. My wife doesn't want it lying around the house. She doesn't want anything lying around the house. I guess anyone can have it. It's a little brittle. Any takers? | ||

The Newark Evening News is available on microfilm in scores of libraries throughout the state. Newsprint that is 50 years old is practically cornflakes, and really isn't worth keeping. | ||

This is true. I was just at the Newark Public Library this weekend, and they have the entire thing. They also have clipping files alphabetically arranged, which is a godsend.
