Hey I remember... when I was in the second grade... someone came to Tuscan School looking for a leopard skin or a tiger skin or something like that which was in the "school museum". Nobody had any idea what they were talking about and sent them to our second grade teacher, Mrs. Frooms. I guess she was oldest teacher in the school (she didn't last the entire school year she was that old). For some reason I remember her saying the school museum was in that little room by the courtyard passage (now blocked up)... But remember, this was the SECOND GRADE so how much I imagined of this story and what I remember... ya know... The guy walked out empty handed because the museum had been disbanded.

So, was anyone at Tuscan back when it had a "school museum" and did it have an animal skin?

I remember that museum well, but I don't remember a tiger/leopard skin specifically. Wonder what happened to all the goodies there.

I remember the museum was in Mr. Merola's basement classroom until 1968 or so.
Ex-Tuscan: when did you attend Tuscan?
