Ex, thanks for the link.

We have a number of mortice interior locks that have broken and this company also sells replacements at a very reasonable price. This is a much better solution than either replacing the door or filling in the mortice and using a modern lockset.

Are we the only ones with this problem? We have three or four doors where the casing broke, disabling the door. The last one I had to use a Sawzall to cut off the latch finger. :-)
