Hi there. Looking for some guidance as to the going rate for a full-time nanny, working 5 days per week, probably 11 hours per day. Will have a newborn in the house and a 3.5 year old in camp and preschool. We are moving to the area from outside DC, where things are a little outrageous, and have never had a nanny before. Trying to get a sense of what things are like in South Orange/Maplewood. Any guidance on salaries or other useful information would be greatly appreciated.
