Hi,

I was laid off my job a couple of weeks ago. Likely, I’m not the only one currently looking.

During my search efforts, I’m running across quite a few jobs that are looking for people with ISO 9001 backgrounds. That is not my experience, but if you are looking and that is your ticket let me know and I will send you the leads.

Good luck to all,

George

Sorry to hear about your lay-off, George. Good luck in your search.

Terribly sorry you were laid off. Been there, done that. It hurts. Call PSG at 973-361-1034 and tell Amanda I told you to call. FYI I have a huge ISO 9001 background and would make good use of those leads. Lets meet at Net Nomads and maybe I can help you network into a new job somehow. No promises. 761-1774. Your friend, Ed May, or may not.

Sorry about that. With apologies in advance for the unsolicited advice, last time this happened to me someone gave me a book called: "Knock Em Dead", which really helped with the search. Well worth a look.

How goes the search?
Did you contact PSG?
Did you contact that South Orange lawyer I recommended?
How else can I help you?

Ed

PS I forget - did you get me those ISO 9000 leads?
MAybe you could private line me again.

If memory serves, you are the Newcomers Club President, and I contacted you last year about speaking at the club. In fact, I did speak on the history of MAplewood. If you are formulating your speakers for the next few months, please contact me. There are a couple of "small business" topics I could speak on if your club is interested.
