I need a responsible & talented seamstress/stylist to help me create 8 character costumes by *April 1.* Some key elements will need to be made by hand. Many can be bought. The costumes will need to be designed based on general sketches we provide. They are PIRATE themed. Our materials budget is $2500 minus whatever fee you charge (ie: if you can buy all the materials you need for $1000, your will be paid $1500) |
