I'm looking for a freelancer to design the front end of a Java web application.

I'm not talking about coding, we have plenty of experienced JSP coders but I need someone that can come in, analyze our app, design the look and feel of the screens (inlcuding Icons, Buttons, layout, etc.), create a CSS style sheet, and make recommendations to enhance the usability and flow of our app. Knowelege of User Centered Design would be a plus.
