Can anyone recommend a good local attorney to have a quick review of a severance agreement? Thanks.

If you work in NY, you'll need a NY attorney. Jonathan Ben-Asher is a very nice and competent NY labor lawyer who lives in Maplewood.

David Rostan, 973-538-6655, lives in Maplewood, practices in NJ and NY, plaintiff's employment lawyer who does a lot of severance packages. Great guy, excellent lawyer, very smart and nice.
