One of the families I sit for has decided to go back to a full-time childcare provider. This has opened up my Monday's and Wednesday's as well as Tueday's until 5pm. I'm also interested in Saturday night sitting.
If you need someone who's warm, compassionate, and responsible, a non-smoker with their own car, here I am.
I have more then 25 years childcare experience, staying with most families 5+ years. I prefer children over the AGE OF FIVE; am willing to supervise older children (teenagers) for those times you may be called out of town overnight; and willing to sit for special needs children.
I'm dependable,level-headed and patient, with many years experience working in group home settings with the developementally delayed.
Willing to prepare simple meals and have no problem picking up after the children. I have a BA in Special Education and am finishing my Master's in Counseling.
I'm CPR and First Aided, trained, as well had Insulin training, so I can give Insulin injections
Pets are not a problem.
I grew up in the Montrose area of South Orange, where I still live and have strong (current) references.
