Experience: Director, Regional Marketing, AXA/Equitable Financials, New York, New York January 2000 ö Present Developed and executed the marketing and advertising launch to announce the enhanced financial planning capabilities of AXA/Equitable financial advisors. The launch encompassed the entire US for general as well as ethnic markets, and involved network and cable TV, national and regional newspapers and publications, radio and direct mail. I achieved a 40% increase in customer awareness of the AXA/Equitable brand, as well as a 25% increase in sales. Awards: Marketing Communications Employee of the Year, 2000 Staff Manager, AT&T, Marketing Communications, NJ January 1997 - 2000 Developed and executed the national launch of the AT&T OO INFO directory assistance product, which involved strategizing for network and cable TV, print, radio, DM, outbound telemarketing and website advertising. I achieved a 65% increase in customer awareness and a 200% increase in call volumes.
