I will be moving to Maplewood in a couple of months (I hope). I would like to know if there is someone out there who already drives to Stamford so that we may share commuting expenses.

I just quit my job in Stamford. Did it for close to a year and would not recommend it to anyone.
In the morning it takes between 1:20 and 2 hours.
In the afternoon/evening it takes between 1:45 and 2:30 hours. Worst time ever on a very rainy day with lots of flooding it took me 3:30 hours.
I tried every possible way GW, Tappan Zee, Holland Tunnel, GSP, Turnpike, etc. it's all a mess.

PM me if you need the routes with the best odds, since there is no one best route.
