I've written several wedding songs and processionals for friends and relatives, and each time I was told that I should offer the service commercially. Well, why not? Some more about me and what I can offer: - I have a Bachelor of Music from U. of Miami. - I have also had grad level instruction in Electronic Music Production at NYU, and in Composition at Juilliard. - I am experienced not only at composing music for celebrations, but I have also scored commercial audiovisual productions for several Fortune 500 firms, including Bell Atlantic, Dow Jones, Newsweek Magazine, Standard & Poor's, Merrill Lynch, Chubb & Sons, and Novell Computer, among others. Also I have scored several student films. A demo CD of my commercial work is available. - Each song can be personalized as much as desired, describing the wedding couple, birthday girl, etc., in detail, along with any special events leading to the celebration. - Set your own lyrics or favorite poetry to original music. - Cost would vary according to instrumentation. Any desired instrumentation is possible, from a simple piano/vocal or guitar/vocal, to full bands and string sections. Both real and electronic instruments are available. - Compositions will be professionally recorded, mixed, and mastered at my studio -- Cellar Dweller Productions -- in Fanwood. - I can also arrange to have the music performed live at the event. Those interested can contact me at mark@cellardweller.com and/or peruse my studio's website (which needs a bit of updating!) at www.cellardweller.com. |
