I was just wondering if anyone knew what an average annual raise should be at the end of the first year of employment. I am asking because my first anniversary at my job will be in August and my boss gave me a raise this week (without a review) and I don't know if the percentage I got is good, bad or average. | ||

I think average is low around 3% to 5%. There is a website you can go on, can't think of the name, that gives salaries for jobs, you can compare there as well. | ||
