Did you see the long article about the Mandarin school opening in NJ in the newspaper over the weekend? Maybe they have some suggestions.

You can find lots of ads for Mandarin speaking nannies and babysitters on the listserv of FCC (Families with Children from China) NY. Are you familiar with it? If not, PL me and I'll give you info. Also, there is now a Mandarin immersion preschool called Bilingual Buds. The director, Sharon Huang (or parents whose children are enrolled), might also be able to help you...they're in Maplewood--(973) 378-9892. Good luck!
