Over the past three years I have been facilitating Career Transition Dialogues and Workshops in the Maplewood/South Orange area. The Career Transition Network community has grown to over 300 members and the dialogue continues. It has been a rewarding experience and we have helped many people confront the important questions in life. Over this period of time the dialogue has migrated from "how do I get a job, now?" ...to "how do I get the right job, now?....to can I connect with meaningful work?....to can I get more than just a job?....to is home & work life balance possible?....to starting over again? With the help of another local resdient - Alfred Milanese we are launching TransitionWorks - to help people consider what is possible in life - including finding the right job.
