I need recommendations for a hotel in Orlando. Must be near the airport, clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. Adults not traveling with children. Only there 2 nights. Have been looking at travelocity.com and reading reviews which describe rooms that are moldy, dirty, with uncomfortable beds, AND buggy. Lots of bugs. Bedbugs, roaches, ticks. My eyes are glazing over and before I pass out, please, anyone have a recommendation or two? Also those to avoid like the plague?? |

There is actually a hotel *in* the Orlando airport. We stayed there one night some years back when we got in super late and didn't want to make the hour long drive to where we were going. It was very clean, and nice, but I don't remember how much it cost. I'm sure it wasn't too pricey or we wouldn't have stayed there. But, we were DINKs back then, so what I considered reasonable might horrify me now. Good luck. |

I used to work in Orlando a couple of days a week. In order to avoid the Disney vacationers I used to stay at the Embassy Suites by the airport. It's in a business park kind of environment. Room price includes breakfast which is convenient. 5835 T.G. Lee Boulevard Orlando, Florida, United States, 32822 1-407-888-9339 If you belong to AAA you may be able to get a discount. |
