OK, crazy, last minute idea, but I would like to know if there is any interest in an alternative expat Superbowl party, with specials such as Tandoori wings, chicken tikka masala, perhaps a pork vindaloo... let me know if you could go for some Indian on Sunday.... |

Must we be expats from India or can we be expats from, say, the UK, Brazil, or Great Neck? |

Yes I think I would be up for it...spouse doesn't eat Indian food (what's wrong with him?!) as he doesn't like anything spicy but he would eat plain chicken if this was an option! Are you the guy who owns Centanni's? I'm going to send an e-mail to the expat group I'm in......what about children though, most of the expats I know have kids - little ones and big ones, would they be welcome too? Do you have a big telly? (I have no interest in American football - prefer rugby and English premier league - but I'd like to see the adverts and the Rolling Stones and of course the guys will expect a good sized TV screen! Cost - and is it fixed price per head?

As a member in good standing for 2005-2006 of the Rosslyn Park Football club in Roehampton, I'm up for something different from half-time pyrotechnics, lip-synched, smarmy lyrics, and the appearance of some down-on-the-heels, half-baked musical act. |

expats from India, Oz, Great Neck, Roehampton or just about anywhere as far as I'm concerned....you've caught me out on the details, it was just a late night idea but to answer some of the questions yes I do own Cent'Anni and that's where I meant to do this, so the regular menu would be available to those who don't like (what's wrong with them indeed?) Indian food, and obviously the restaurant will be open to old and young alike - Sunday dinner hours are 4-8. Miss L I'm with you on the rugby, unfortunately I don't have Setanta and will be getting my 6 Nations fix in NYC tomorrow morning (probably Fiona's or McCormacks). |

Former expats included? Kids? Nothing like an evil, spicy vindaloo ... |

I might be tempted by really good Indian food as long as sprogs can come too. Throw in NO superbowl and you have a deal. |

Another vote for a World Cup event. Would it be possible to have a firmer menu by tomorrow for the Superbowl? Also, would take out be available? |

So, Chris, what are the next steps in this move towards an un-Super-Bowl (but perhaps a definite supper bowl) Sunday? |

Centanni Restaurant - open 4-8 for dinner - normal menu available. Sunday specials: tandoori wings $7.95 Chicken tikka masala $15.95 Pork vindaloo $15.95 Other than that nothing planned - TV will be on, most likely showing Superbowl (and commercials) |

Arsenal, Totally. But it's been a painful transition season. Guess we've been spoiled in the last few years. |

I'm happy for Everton. They should never have sold T. Graveson though. |

Sadly it appears Tescos will concentrate on the West Coast. It could be years, if ever, they make it to the North East. Jeffers was an error. Thankfully, Wenger has made few of them. |
