Tonight my wife and I visted Senorita's Mexican Grill in Bloomfield. It was amazing - great food, terrific atmosphere, reasonable prices, and attentive staff. I had a grilled salmon fajita with grilled vegies and my wife had a spinach burrito. We shared a slice of mango cheesecake for dessert - yum. With drinks and tip, the total was under $40. It's located near the train station (285 Glenwood Ave). It's only been open for a few months, so everything is still brand new. The space is beautiful, with many cool small detials (such as mexican tiled sinks!). I highly recommend! http://www.senoritasmexicangrill.com/ |

john - a production company we share office space with shot a commercial in Bloomfield yesterday. They just raved abut this restaurant, and the owners who let them use the upstairs as a staging area. They said the food was good and cheap and the place looked lovely. Thanks for the tip. I look forward to trying it!

TS and I went tonight and we both got Fajitas. I got the blackened Snapper and she got the steak ones. The space is really nice, the service was ok, the clientelle a bit rude and loud (but it's a festive place so it's easy to understand). The food was good, the price was fair. The salsa was very fresh. I will be going back to try more dishes, so overall I give it a preliminary thumbs up. Good first experience will go back to try more. Thanks for the great advice guys. |

Went there last Saturday for lunch (regular menu). Nice, clean, bright space with it's own (limited) parking lot. Has been open for 5 months. Wife said bathroom was spotless. Place had 3 other tables occupied, so it was quiet unlike AlleyGater's experience. Service was very attentive, one of the owners came over to see how everything was. They have a liquor license and opened a small bar in the front of the place a few weeks ago. Lunch during the week is guaranteed to come out within 15 minutes or it's free the next time. Food was good, I had a daily special, wife had a grilled veggie burrito -- she didn't like hers as much as I liked hers - she thought there were too many different types of vegetables in the wrap. It looks like they might have put the Mexican restaurant next door out of business. Will go back and try other things. |

My favorite restaurant, well, after Bunny's! Eat there almost every week and have never been disappointed. The owner and staff are always attentive. The bill always reasonable. The food always good. |
