Thanks to you guys that recently recommended the eggplant parm hero at Bunny's. Ordered lunch (takeout) from Bunny's yesterday for the first time (previously had only their pizza). Had eggplant parm hero and sweet potato fries. Really, really good! Husband had a chicken wrap which he said was great too.

Nice to hear it. Your post reminds me of one of my favorite pizzas that includes an eggplant and chicken topping.

Me2.. we deliver too.

Which remineds me....

Bunny's pizza should be labeled as a controlled substance.

TS and I were talking last week & I mentioned that I liked Bunny's burgers. She said that she'd never had one so she would go for lunch the next day and try one. When I asked her how her burger was, she told me that she couldn't bear not to get pizza.

Worse than heroin......

I agree, the eggplant parm is wonderful, and the pizza nearly irresistable. It's a rare occasion when I actually feel like not getting pizza.

I posted this once a long while ago, but I don't mind being redundant. The eggplant parm at Bunny's is just about as close as I've tasted any restaurant getting to the eggplant parm my grandmother, who was Italian, used to make. It's just that good.

Strings, stereotyping is not a nice thing to do whether it is a good stereotype or a bad stereotype. You don't have to be Italian to make a good eggplant parm. Good eggplant can be made by people of all races and creeds.

I'm sure that even a dead person or a person who smelled dead, given the right opportunities, could make a good eggplant parm.

I think that the "dead" smell comes from the kind of oil you use to fry the eggplant.

I thought it came from people who run South Orange. You learn something new every day.
