Mr. Kibbegirl requires low sodium, low potassium meals. Since we have kids, this is a difficult feat to maintain. There used to be a woman in Maplewood, I believe, who we hired a few years ago to pre-make and freeze meals for Mr. Kibbegirl. According to hubby, these meals were delicious and just what the doctor ordered. Does anyone know of this woman or could recommend another chef source to use in our area? I would like to do this on a short-term basis.

Glad I could help, Kibbegirl! Leslie is actually a neighbor, I've never used her services but I've certainly been tempted . . .
