Thanks everyone who reccomended Franks in the Please help section. We were looking for something a bit different than Arturos (our usual) and we weren't in the mood for a bar pie last night. Franks hit the spot and we will be ordering it again. Although I am looking forward to trying a few more on the list that we haven't had yet. The pros and cons of Franks. The sauce to cheese ratio was a bit off on the plain pizza we felt. If you like extra cheese or less sauce then you'll be happy. Next time we will probably ask for extra sauce to compensate. The roasted red peppers and onions were both sweet, tasty and abundant. And to be honest the best of any area place we've ordered from thus far. The only con and I will admit that this is a bit nit-picky is that there was a something just a little off with the texture of the crust. A bit chewy? A bit too hard to the tooth? Having said that, there aren't too many places with better crusts so I won't fault them on this point. The salad was not worth getting and we probably won't order the Caesar again. But really that has nothing to do with pizza. |

I prefer Maplewood Pizzeria for delivery. They're consistent in quality of pie and good delivery. Tried Frank's, but his delivery folks aren't reliable and twice - TWICE - experienced delivery times longer than 2.5 hours... |

I've eaten at Maplewood and was REALLY unimpressed with their old crusty day old slices. I will give their delivery a try soon, because everyone raves about it. They are on the list to try. Oh and Franks was plenty punctual. |

I have had nothing but positive experiences with both Maplewood Pizzeria and Frank's. Once, Frank himself actually delivered. He is a nice guy, and I like to support his business. |

I tried Reservoir delivery last week and the pizza was delicious. The only problem was that their pies only come in one size and they are relatively small. Frank's doesn't deliver to SO |

I was surprised too. I called and asked, "do you deliver to South Orange?" Answer: "sorry, no" |

Pizza not bad, but delivery is not existent. Had to go there and pick it up, after several phone calls and being told it was on it's way. Bunny's is still the best and delivery is solid! |

yeah, I had a problem with Frank's last weekend. A houseful of 14 kids and their parents for a birthday party and the pizza was 45 minutes late. When I called to find out, they had the wrong address. When I complained to the driver, he showed me the number he had tried to call to check the address, but they'd written that down incorrectly as well. Also, the pies had slid around in the car until a quarter of each one was mooshed. To be fair, though, the other times we've ordered from Frank's they've been on time and the pies have been good. If you like ultra thin crust and a rather greasy pie, try Joe's at the intersection of Millburn and Springfield Aves. |

I like Joe's! We used to get yummy pizza from right next door at the King of Pizza on Sprigfield ave, but they closed years ago. I think the owner of King of Pizza may have been Joe's brother or something. Does Joes deliver? |

I believe there still is a place on Springfield ave. called Kings Pizza or something like that but it is down by quick check. Maybe he just moved. |

King Pizza - pretty happy with them. Crust is a nice balance of soft and crispy and they deliver when they say they are. Only complaint is that they haven't got the order right every time - now I make them repeat it back. |
