I'm looking for a deal on airfare to London and then return flight from Scotland. Anyone have advice on where I should look? A lot of the "deals" on the internet seem to only be for roundtrip.
Thanks!

You might try AirLingus to Ireland , then Raynair to London .

Seagull,
You are looking for what is called an open jaw fare. Try Continental. They fly from Newark to Glasgow, the take a train to London, and fly back to Newark from London. Usually the airline will treat it as a round trip. The fare will be based on the markets that you are flying to and from.

Seagull, you can do it on ba.com as well. It may be cheaper to book round-trip Ny - London and do your Scottish leg as a one way on a cheapo airline.

Thanks all! I'll look into these options.
Any other advice is appreciated!

I think Virgin has deals right now - I think they are a wonderful airline...the nicer planes fly out of JFK

If you use B.A., don't you have to use J.F.K. and suffer the Belt Parkway?

Check with a travel agent. They have access to consolidator airfares that can be excellent. Also Rail Europe used to offer consolidator airfares. I don't remember if they offered them directly or only through travel agents.
